The website offers an AskERIC service that will answer specific homework questions within 48 hours. Also offered are archived lists of past questions, which are categorized and searchable.

The Bartleby website is a searchable portal enabling students to search a variety of encyclopedias, almanacs, biographical resources and dictionaries. In addition to the reference collection, this site also features fiction, non-fiction, anthologies and writing resources. Students can search the entire collection or pick specific portions for information.
