Mad Scientist Network
Dedicated to promoting the fun in science, this website encourages students to explore and create scientifically. Students can search the library or archives to see if their science question is answered there. If the answer doesn't exist, students can ask-a-scientist or try to locate the information with the website's search engine.

A leading force in scientific research and in stimulating public interest in aerospace exploration specifically and science and technology in general, NASA strives to encourage Americans to view the Earth, ourselves, and the universe in a new way. The NASA website provides in-depth information about US space exploration as well as science and technology interests on Earth.
Rainforest Action
This website was created by the Rainforest Action Group to inform elementary age students about the rainforest and to encourage their interest and activity in the effort to preserve the natural resources that exist within. The site presents a variety of educational tools in a range of formats that provide information about the rainforests, the people that inhabit the rainforests and the animals that make the rainforest their home. Rainforest Action also gives some tips on how even the smallest actions can go a long way toward preservation.
