Why are the Students and Faculty sections of the Portal password protected?
The Student and Faculty portions of the Portal are for members of the CCC community only,
and provide access to subscription-based and proprietary resources which CCC cannot disclose to the general public. However, the Community and K-12 sections of the
Portal contain many valuable resources which can be accessed by all users.
How can I access the Student or Faculty sections of the Portal?
Gaining access to the different sections of the Portal is easy!
Start at the TILI homepage (you can click this link to access the TILI homepage)
and click on the image for the section of the Portal you wish to access.
After you click on the image, you will be redirected to the Tri-C InfoAccess page.
Remember, you must have valid username and password to login to the Student or Faculty areas of the Portal.
Once inside InfoAccess, input your User
ID and Pin, and click on the TILI link to gain access.
Note for Faculty: You must start from the "employee" or "faculty"
sections in InfoAccess in order to get to the TILI Faculty section.
Why do I sometimes get redirected to the TILI homepage?
If you are logged into the Student or Faculty sections of the Portal, and
your computer shows no activity for 15 minutes or more, your session will
expire and the system won't recognize you as an authorized user.
This mechanism has been built-in for security purposes.
If your session expires, simply login again through InfoAccess.
Why won't my bookmarks to the Student or Faculty pages work?
If you open your browser and try to get directly to a protected page (i.e. the Student or Faculty pages),
the system will detect that you haven't been authorized through InfoAccess.
Please start the login process by clicking on "Student" or "Faculty" images on the
TILI homepage and going through the above-described login process.
