Ask Eric
Ask Eric Lesson Plans website, is the portion of the Ask Eric educational website that offers an archive of over 1,000 lessons plans submitted by teachers from across the country. The website is searchable by topic, grade and keyword, offering links to a variety of lessons, resources and tutorials.

Canadian Learning Network
The Canadian Learning Network's website offers theme pages with links organized by alphabetized subject. Each subject link puts forward curricular information on the topic and lesson plan ideas with examples.

Educ8r
Offers free lesson plans and resources in the subjects of language arts, mathematics, science, art, computer science and social science. The site requires users to register for a free account.

4 Teachers
Project-based lesson plans for multidisciplinary instruction. In addition to lesson plans and ideas for encouraging interest in the classroom, the site offers a variety of organization tools for teachers to help instructors keep track of lesson plans and student progress.

Kathy Schrock's Guide
Kathy Schrock's guide for teachers offers a variety of resources for instruction and building curriculum. The lesson plans section features fourteen different subjects divided into three grade levels.

LD Online
LD Online is a website geared more towards students with learning disabilities, but it also offers a variety of resources for educators who are teaching students with different learning styles.

Sponsored and compiled by students at the University of Missouri. Users can search by age, grade, subject or specifically for lesson plans dealing with different learning styles.

Microsoft Education
Microsoft Education is a database of Microsoft resources that offers lesson plans and ideas for integrating technology into the classroom. The website can be searched by age level, Microsoft product and project theme to find the most appropriate lesson that utilizes Microsoft programs and technology.

New York Times Learning Network
This website, linked to and sponsored by the New York Times, offers daily news and lesson plan suggestions for teachers who wish to use current events as teaching tools. There is a "Word of the Day" section, a "Test Prep Question" section and a "Web Explorer" section that provides links to other websites that are categorized by subject.

Proteacher
Collections of lesson plans, searchable by subject, as well as a variety of links to other education sites offering lesson plans and tips for integrating multiple disciplines into specific projects.

Thoughtful Education & Learning Styles
From the teachers in the New Paltz Central School District, this website is a collection of lesson plans devoted to teaching students with different learning styles. Lesson plans are divided by grade level and subject.

21st Century Schoolhouse
This support site from the College of Education at the University of South Florida offers links to lesson plans by subject and grade level. Lessons are further divided into examples that use multiple intelligences, cooperative learning and those that make use of software programs in instruction.

Specific Lesson Plans for Different Learning Styles

Alphabet made Easy
This site offers a lesson plan detailing a procedure for teaching young children the alphabet. This site includes links to other sites and graphic aids in instruction.

Alphabet Songs & Lessons
Free printable song lyrics for songs about the letters of the alphabet. The site also provides plenty of planning ideas for working with the alphabet and teaching multi-disciplinary lesson plans.

Balanced Meals
This lesson plan is geared toward Alabama state standards, but can be used to teach nutrition and healthy eating habits to younger elementary students in any location. The interdisciplinary approach presents an explanation of the appeal of activities including to students of each learning style.

Borders
A lesson plan on different types of borders that exist in middle school students' lives. The tutorial focuses on geographical, psychological, political, social, economic, cultural and linguistic types of borders.

The Cod Fish and New England
This website provides a lesson plan on the New England Cod Fish. Although the plan may be more specifically geared toward the Northeast, it offers an excellent framework for interdisciplinary learning.

Democracy in America
This site presents a lesson plan for teaching high school students about the benefits and pitfalls of democracy in the United States.

Information Literacy
This is a workshop for adult learners, both in a higher education and a vocational setting which focuses on teaching information literacy. Though geared toward librarians teaching library orientations, it can also be amended for any instruction of adults in the principles of information literacy.

This site offers a lesson plan for an interdisciplinary approach to grade school instruction on Native Americans.
