Workforce Solutions provides non-credit training for businesses along with non-credit training for individuals. Through employee training programs, professional development, lifelong learning opportunities, and community service programs, Workforce Solutions is helping individuals enhance their contributions in the workplace.
When developing courses offered, Workforce Solutions researched the Cleveland and northeast Ohio market and saw a lack of training opportunities designed to meet specific employer and employee needs.
